A decision is due next Thursday, September 10, on plans by J & A Lynch Investments Limited for a new 40-unit housing development at Spa, Clonmel, Co. Waterford.

The proposed development would comprise 40 two-storey residential units, including four four-bedroom detached houses, four four-bedroom semi-detached houses and 32 three-bedroom semi-detached houses.

The plans also include new vehicular and pedestrian entrances, roads, footpaths, underground services and connections to public services.

Car parking, public open space, public lighting and associated site boundary and site development works also form part of the proposal.
