
Applications have opened for Waterford City and County Council’s 2027 Arts Practice Grants.
The funding is available through the local authority’s Arts Office, with applications being accepted until later this month.
A free workshop is also being held to help artists and other prospective applicants through the application process.

Arts specialist and curator Annette Moloney will lead the session alongside Waterford Arts Officer Conor Nolan.
The workshop will cover how applications are assessed and provide guidance on preparing a strong submission.
It will take place at the Waterford Gallery of Art on O’Connell Street in Waterford City at 11am on Tuesday, September 8th.
No booking is required and the workshop is open to anyone interested in applying.
The deadline for applications to the 2027 Arts Practice Grants is 12 noon on Friday, September 25th.
