A planning application has been submitted to Waterford City and County Council by DFL Construction for the construction of 17 new houses at Church Field, Aglish, Co. Waterford.
The proposed development would consist of 15 two-storey three-bedroom houses and two two-storey two-bedroom houses.
The application also includes connection to the public drainage system and public mains water supply, public lighting, the construction of a new entrance onto the public road, and all associated site development works.
The application has been marked as incomplete.
A similar application submitted for the site in 2024 was granted conditional planning permission for the construction of 14 housing units.
The latest proposal seeks permission for a larger residential development at the Church Field site.
