TV presenter Lorraine Kelly was left shocked and ‘disturbed’ as Vogue Williams whipped out her fake hair on her show this week.

The Howth native had been sporting a new hair-do, with the transformation taking place ahead of the BAFTA TV awards over the weekend.

Vogue is no stranger to mixing up her hairstyles, and has sported various lengths and styles through the years.

This week, the soon-to-be mum-of-four took to the red carpet sporting stunning bangs.

The faux fringe blended in so naturally to the star’s own hair that people would be forgiven for not realising they were extensions.

Appearing on Lorraine on Monday morning, she gave the lowdown on all things BAFTAs before showing off her own magic trick.

‘I also have the fringe — I don’t know how you do the full-time fringe,’ Vogue shared stroking her faux bangs.

‘Is that a pretend fringe?’ Lorraine questioned, with Vogue immediately unclipping the hair from her head.

‘Oh my god!’ Lorraine exclaims when the hair has been removed, ‘That’s fantastic.’

‘It’s a clip-on fringe,’ Vogue confirmed.

‘I’m quite disturbed,’ Lorraine admitted through giggles.

‘I didn’t know you could do that!’

‘I’m not a full-time fringe girl,’ Vogue told the presenter, ‘This is a lot of work. I don’t know how you can do it.’

Vogue debuted the extensions on Sunday evening as she took to the red carpet at Southbank Centre’s Royal Festival Hall for the BAFTA TV Awards.

The podcaster was accompanied by her husband Spencer Matthews, and opted for a dress which featured a halter neck line, and long and sheer flowy skirt.

Also representing Ireland at the BAFTAs was Laura Whitemore, who is also expecting at the moment, Una Healy and Graham Norton — the latter who was up for an award for his namesake chat show.
