Joanne McNally has apologised to Little Mix fans in the only way she knows how after voting (again) to banish Leigh-Anne Pinnock on The Traitors.
Joanne and Leigh-Anne are nearing the finale of the second season of the iconic game show, although Joanne has been lampooned for her apparent lack of foresight and detective work, and for voting to banish faithfuls instead of the obvious answers.
One of those who felt Joanne’s wrath is former Little Mix popstar Leigh-Anne, whom Joanne voted for at the first roundtable (despite the obvious answer being Richard E Grant) and again on Friday’s episode, even though she and Sharon Rooney are currently on the chopping block.

Despite King Kenny having two votes and only one vote separating Joanne and Sharon, the Dublin comedian doesn’t seem too worried about being banished — she’s drawn the ire of Little Mixers for voting for Leigh-Anne again.
While Leigh-Anne teaching Miranda Hart dance moves from her popstar heyday became one of the series’ most iconic moments, Joanne is more self-taught, sharing a video of herself dancing to Sweet Melody by Little Mix in her bathroom.
‘When you keep falsely accusing Leigh-Anne from Little Mix and throwing her under the bus on The Traitors, so now you’re desperate to appease her army of fans,’ Joanne wrote in the video, adding in the caption: ‘Love you @leighannepinnock!!!’

People loved Joanne’s moves, and joked that she would’ve gotten through on The X Factor alongside Leigh-Anne, Jade, Perrie and Jesy, with one commenting: ‘If this was 2011 you’d have got through to judges houses.’
‘I love whatever’s wrong with you honestly,’ another joked, while another commented: ‘POV: I’m showing my mam a dance me and my cousins made up to convince her to let us have a sleepover.’
Despite Joanne’s apparent lack of strategy on the show, including accidentally putting the spotlight on herself by saying a secret murder she wasn’t part of was ‘awful,’ traitor James Acaster praised her after appearing on the Late Late Show.
‘As a traitor, who knew who everyone was and what was going on, and who’s known Joanne for a little bit, I found myself quite frequently looking at Joanne, trying to communicate, “stop saying it’s that person, it’s not that person,’ James said. ‘But Joanne won’t be told.’
Joanne voted for the less obvious options several times, including Sebastian ‘Bash’ Croft when everyone else voted for traitor Hannah, and, of course, Leigh-Anne when Richard E Grant had previously admitted to being a traitor during the first roundtable.
