Rugby star Hugo Keenan has announced he is set to tie the knot to his longterm girlfriend, Emma Hempenstall.

The couple have been together for more than five years. Emma has been present at a variety of his landmark days in the green jersey.

Over the weekend, the loved-up couple shared they got engaged, with Emma showing off her stunning sparkler to fans.

Captioning their smiling picture, the pair wrote on social media: ’11/9/26 💍🤍’

Last year, the Leinster and Ireland full-back revealed they had bought their first home together.

Emma is often seen supporting her boyfriend and was in the stands cheering him on during the Rugby World Cup.

Hugo shared how he would spend time with her during his downtime during the competition: ‘It’s nice, (we’ve) got a couple of days off, so I’ll chill with my girlfriend and catch up with my parents,’ he previously told the Irish Independent.
