Roy Keane has become a grandfather once again as his only son, Aidan, and his wife, Patsy, have welcomed their first child together.
Aidan and Patsy got married in October 2025, with the beautiful ceremony taking place in Wales.
The couple have now announced that they have become parents to a baby girl.
Patsy shared the news earlier this week on TikTok, with a series of videos of her holding the new arrival.
She first shared a short clip of the silhouettes of her and the baby on the wall, writing: ‘Half me and half daddy.’
Patsy then posted professional photos of her and Aidan holding their child, with the lyrics to Lana Del Rey’s Video Games written over them.
Finally, she shared a transition of her rubbing her baby bump to holding the newborn and referencing her late mother by writing: ‘Heaven sent us an angel girl.’
Many TikTok users have shared their congratulations to the new parents under the posts.
One wrote: ‘Your mother will be beaming down with immense pride at the amazing mother you are with her granddaughter.’

The couple first shared the news that they were expecting a baby in April, when Patsy posted a video of the moment she told Aidan.
The video featured footage of the couple sharing a kiss at the altar before walking down the aisle and then the clip of Aidan finding out he was going to be a dad.
Patsy wrote: ‘6 months ago you made me a wife… and now you’ve made me a mummy. I love you more than you’ll ever know.’
Aidan is the third child of Roy and Teresa, who also have four daughters, Shannon, Caragh, Leah and Alanna.
Patsy and Aidan’s new arrival means that the Manchester United legend is now a grandfather to five children.
Last December, Leah and Southampton defender Taylor Harwood-Bellis welcomed their first child, Iris.
Roy then announced another grandchild to the world on social media in April, adding: ‘My new grandson, big baby.’
