Oasis have issued a warning to their fans after tickets for next year’s highly-anticipated tour swiftly sold out over the weekend.
The Gallagher brothers approached ticket sales for the 2027 shows from a unique angle, with fans registering in advance and hoping to receive a non-transferable code.
The successful fans were assigned one of nine on-sale windows over the past three days to manage traffic and reduce waiting times.
Despite many fans being unhappy with the expensive prices and others running into difficulties on Ticketmaster, the 42 shows completely sold out.
Aside from Slane Castle, Oasis will be performing in Glasgow, Manchester, Munich, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Paris, Rome, Boston, Las Vegas, and Knebworth.
The Gallaghers and their team confirmed that ‘no further shows will be added to this tour’.
After also confirming that the tour had sold out, Oasis issued a warning to those who didn’t receive a code for tickets.
A statement read: ‘All tickets for Oasis’ eagerly anticipated Oasis Live ‘27 tour sold out over the weekend during three days of on-sale windows.
‘Fans are now reminded to remain vigilant and avoid scams selling tickets on social media. These tickets will be fake and invalid.
‘Tickets currently seen on secondary websites are also liable to be cancelled.’
Oasis also stated that ‘resale tickets will only be available via Ticketmaster and Twickets, at the price originally paid, nearer to the tour dates’.
Meanwhile, Liam Gallagher took to social media to announce the end of ticket sales.
He wrote: ‘That’s all folks we have officially sold out no more tickets left congratulations to everyone who got a ticket and to the people who didn’t sneak in f**k it yolo LG x’
Liam also spent the last few days on social media trading jibes with fans who were unhappy with the ticket process.
On Friday, he told people to ‘stop moaning’ about the pricing, saying, ‘Don’t buy them’ if they had complaints.
Liam also replied, ‘What else you gonna spend it on’, when a fan remarked: ‘So you want all our money huh.’
