Maura Higgins is set to do a tribute to the entire country of Ireland — yes, all of us — this week on Dancing with the Stars.
The Longford beauty has seen her career go from strength to strength in recent years, breaking America easily with appearances on The Traitors US and Dancing with the Stars.
Paired up with Mark Ballas, Maura has breezed through the first five weeks of the show, and has made it to the tearjerker that is Dedication Week.

The usually emotional theme week sees the dancers and their partners dedicate their performance to that special someone, and Maura has apparently a lot of people to dedicate her dance to, aka the proud nation of Ireland.
Maura and Mark will be dancing to the Dropkick Murphys tune I’m Shipping Up to Boston, according to Entertainment Weekly; the couple will be dancing a Palso Double.
While we’re not entirely sure how a tribute to Ireland via I’m Shipping Up to Boston will be necessarily emotional, we’re sure Maura will be able to figure it out — and her dance will be one of several emotional tributes this week.

Julia Stiles’ tribute is set to turn heads as well, as she revealed that she will be dedicating her dance to her former 10 Things I Hate About You co-star, the late Heath Ledger.
Heath and Julia were leading man and lady in the iconic 90s romcom, with Julia dancing to Can’t Take My Eyes Off You by Frankie Valli — which Heath serenaded Julia with in one of the film’s most memorable scenes.
As for Maura, she paid tribute to her dance partner Mark last week, admitting that she thought she was going to be voted out in week one.

‘It doesn’t come naturally to me,’ she confirmed.
‘Mark has been honestly incredible, so patient. I’m so grateful for him.’
Maura and Mark topped the leaderboard in week four, and scored 34 points out of a possible 40 in week five.
