The Traitors Ireland winners have dished the details on what they plan to splash their winnings on.

Faithfuls Anna Murphy and Diego Rodrigues Caixeta won the €45,850 prize pot in a nail-biting finale on Tuesday night as they booted off Traitor Pauric O’Meara.

The pair walked away from the game with €22,925 each, and revealed what they plan to splash the cash on first.

Postal worker Anna, from Dublin, also took home an additional €2,000 due to ‘stealing’ from the pot during a challenge.

Speaking about her winnings, the 27-year-old said a lot of the money will be set aside for IVF in the future with her partner.

She told the Irish Times: ‘The aim with the prize money would be to put a good chunk of it towards when myself and my partner are ready for IVF in the future.

‘We are looking to get a house first, which in this economy don’t get me started, but once that is done and dusted we’ll be on to looking at starting a family together. It’s really exciting.

‘We are hoping to go ring shopping soon.’

Diego plans to use the prize to take his husband Denis, who also competed in season two of The Traitors Ireland, on honeymoon, ‘maybe to a Pacific island or something.’

The 40-year-old Brazilian physician associate living in Cork said: ‘We plan on going somewhere nice in the Pacific.’

Diego was seen telling his husband the good news over the phone in the final episode, saying: ‘Hello Denis, I am alive.

‘I need to pack because we have to go on our honeymoon because I won The Traitors.

‘I won with Anna. You know you said I was terrible at this game? Do you want to take that back?’ he said jokingly.
