Colin Farrell has revealed who calls the shots in his family – and it’s not the Hollywood A-Lister.
The Dubliner – who is estimated to be worth $80 million – reflected on his working relationship with his siblings.
Colin has worked with his sister Claudine in various roles for around 25 years and also co-founded their production company, Chapel Place Productions.

Claudine also worked as a producer on his sci-fi detective series Sugar, and Colin tells PEOPLE there’s no question as to who’s in charge.
He said: ‘Me and Clau have worked together now in various capacities for 25 years. We established a company, Chapel Place [Productions], about 12 years ago. And she’s the boss there. I’m the face, as they say.’
The father-of-two was full of praise for his sister, crediting her with the hard work involved in getting projects off the ground.
‘She does all the leg work,’ he said. ‘She’s just extraordinary. She’s an extraordinary producer, and an even better sister and friend.’

Farrell also spoke about the close bond they share, saying their relationship has always been built on trust and support.
‘There’s never any tension. We have each other’s backs. It’s really simple,’ he added.
Last month, the pair stepped out on the red carpet together for the premiere of Sugar.

The 50-year-old previously brought his Claudine, one of his two older sisters, to the Met Gala in 2016.
And in 2025, he gave his sister a rare shoutout at the SAG Awards.
‘I have to thank my sister whom I have worked with for 22 years. I never thank her publicly,’ he said. ‘She’s a producer, and she’s not my assistant.’
