Bundee Aki’s daughter, Adrianna, is celebrating her 15th birthday, and to mark the occasion, he reminded her of a special promise he’s made.

The Irish rugby star and his wife, Kayla, share five children: Armani-Jade, Adrianna, Andronikas, Ailbhe, and their youngest, Áine, who was born in August 2025.

Earlier this year, Bundee paid tribute to his eldest, Armani-Jade, on her milestone 18th birthday, gushing: ‘We are your biggest supporters’. And now it’s Adrianna’s turn.

Sharing a sweet photo of himself and Adrianna, as well as snaps of his teen, Bundee wrote: ‘Happy 15th Birthday to my beautiful girl.

‘You truly are one of the best — kind, caring, thoughtful, and always willing to help, especially around the house when I’m away.’

‘Keep being exactly who you are. Keep that big heart of yours, keep looking after your brother and your sisters, and always remember that Dad will be right behind you no matter where life takes you,’ he vowed.

‘Love you more than words can say. Happy 15th Birthday, my girl. Love always, Dad x,’ he concluded.

Bundee recently dubbed his wife, Kayla, the ‘backbone of the family’, after she gave birth in the car while her hubby was still playing rugby in Oz, saying she is ‘everything’ to him and their kids.

‘She is a lovely, strong woman; she’s everything. She’s the backbone of our family,’ Bundee told EVOKE as the Amgen Irish Open Pro-Am returned to The K Club in September 2025.

Bundee got a shock when Kayla rang him right before the opening Test against Australia in Brisbane to tell him that she had given birth to their little one on the way to the hospital, but the sportsman didn’t panic.

‘I think I was just happy that the baby was breathing well, Kayla was well, and they weren’t far from the hospital, so happy days they were both healthy,’ he recalled.
