Waterford City Fire Service Day Brings Festive Fun to John Roberts Square

Waterford families love the annual Fire Service Day. The event returns to John Roberts Square on Saturday, 13th December, from 11 am to 4 pm. The day always brings colour, excitement and strong community spirit.

Visitors can snap photos with the Waterford City Firefighters, Santa and the vintage fire truck.

WLR’s Street Team will join the fun from 2 pm to 3 pm with The Fire Choir who will perform a lively medley of Christmas favourites and their energy always lifts the entire square.

Volunteers will run a bucket collection throughout the event. Every donation supports the WLR Christmas Appeal in aid of St Vincent de Paul. Your contribution helps local families during the season.
