
Waterford Senior Football team has named their team for this Sunday’s crucial Tailteann Cup Round 2 meeting with Sligo at Fraher Field.
Manager Ephie Fitzgerald has gone with an experienced starting fifteen as the Déise look to build momentum in the competition.
Paudie Hunt starts in goal, while Tommy Martin, Billy Hynes, and Conor Ó Cuirrín form part of the defensive line. Glen Power, Michael Curry, and Dermot Ryan also feature in defence.
Captain Conor Murray lines out at midfield alongside Adam Crawford, with Darragh Walsh and James Walsh named in the half-forward line.
The full-forward line sees Liam Mulligan, Stephen Curry, and Alan Dunwoody lead the attack, with Michael O’Brien also included among the starting fifteen.
Waterford will be hoping home advantage can play a key role when they welcome Sligo to Cappoquin Logistics Fraher Field on Sunday afternoon.
