The Waterford club football championships continue this weekend with a packed schedule of games across the Intermediate and Junior grades.

There are three games down for decision in the Radley Engineering Intermediate Football Championship on Saturday.

Affane/Cappoquin/Tourin take on Sliabh gCua at 2pm in Colligan, while Ballynaeelagh meet Shamrocks at 3.45pm in Lismore.

At 3.30pm, Ardmhor face An Coilleagain/Na hEmmitigh at Fraher Field.

The Intermediate championship also sees Dungarvan/Abbeyside-Ballinacourty having a bye this weekend.

In the Edward O’Rourke Contracting Junior Football Championship A, there are three games on Saturday.

Na Gearaltaigh play An Sean Phobal at 2pm in Fraher Field, while An Baile Dubh face Dungarvan at 2pm in Cappoquin.

There’s also a Sunday fixture in Bushy Park, where Lismore meet Dungarvan/Abbeyside-Ballinacourty at 3pm.

The Munster Signs & Print Junior Football Championship B gets underway on Friday evening, with Stradbally taking on Kilgobnet at 8pm in Stradbally.

There are two more games in that competition on Sunday.

Baile na Sagairt play Roodaithne na Brice at 3pm in Cappoquin, while Kilrossanty face Tallow at 4pm in Dungarvan.

There are three further Junior A fixtures on Sunday afternoon.

Affane/Cappoquin/Tourin meet An Uidhir at 1.30pm in Cappoquin, with Knockaderry/Fanane na Gleann taking on Clashmore/Kinsalebeg at the same time in Mellerary.

Dungarvan then play Na Gearaltaigh at 1.30pm in Dungarvan.

It makes for a busy weekend of club football across the county, with plenty of championship points and local bragging rights up for grabs.
