There was plenty of adult club hurling action across Waterford over the weekend, with several championship finals decided and a number of teams securing their places in the next stage of their respective competitions.

Senior Hurling Championship

Ballygunner booked their place in the semi-finals after overcoming a determined Lismore side by eight points at Cappoquin Logistics Fraher Field.

Roanmore 2-16 Abbeyside-Ballinacourty 0-17
Roanmore also secured a place in the last four with a nine-point victory over Abbeyside-Ballinacourty.

De La Salle 0-21 Mount Sion 0-20
De La Salle edged past Mount Sion by a single point in a dramatic quarter-final at Azzurri Walsh Park.

Fourmilewater 0-26 Passage 1-16
Fourmilewater comfortably saw off Passage to complete the Senior Championship semi-final line-up.

The semi-finals will see Ballygunner face De La Salle, with Roanmore taking on Fourmilewater.

Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship

Brickey Rangers 1-24 Affane/Cappoquin/Tourin 1-18
Brickey Rangers reached the final after a six-point victory.

Portlaw 1-13 Clashmore/Kinsalebeg 0-23
Clashmore/Kinsalebeg progressed to the final with a ten-point win over Portlaw.

Tulach An Iarainn secured a comprehensive victory in the relegation final.

Western Intermediate Hurling Championship

An Sean Phobal were crowned Western Junior B champions following a 12-point victory.

Junior C Hurling Championship

Ferrybank booked their place in the Junior C final with a convincing 15-point semi-final victory.

An Rinn were crowned champions in the Western Junior Hurling Championship C Cup Division 1.

St Mollerans 0-18 Roanmore 3-14
Roanmore secured the Eastern Intermediate Hurling Championship title with victory over St Mollerans.

With the Senior Hurling Championship now down to its final four, attention turns to the semi-finals as Ballygunner, De La Salle, Roanmore and Fourmilewater battle for places in the Waterford Senior Hurling Championship final.
