The Munster team has been named for Saturday’s URC quarter final against Vodacom Bulls at Loftus Versfeld, with kick off at 12pm Irish time.

There is just one change from the side that beat the Lions two weeks ago to secure fifth place in the regular season, with Alex Nankivell coming into the starting XV.

Mike Haley, Andrew Smith and Shane Daly start in an unchanged back three, with Seán O’Brien and Nankivell forming the midfield partnership.

Captain Craig Casey and JJ Hanrahan continue at half back, while the forward pack also remains unchanged.

Jeremy Loughman, Niall Scannell and Michael Ala’alatoa start in the front row, with Tom Ahern and Evan O’Connell in the second row.

The back row is made up of Jack O’Donoghue, John Hodnett and Brian Gleeson.

On the bench, Diarmuid Barron, Josh Wycherley and Conor Bartley provide front row cover, with Fineen Wycherley set to make his 150th Munster appearance.

Gavin Coombes, Alex Kendellen, Ben O’Donovan and Dan Kelly are also named among the replacements.

Several players are unavailable through injury, including Tadhg Beirne, Jack Crowley and Calvin Nash.
