
There was plenty of silverware on offer in the Waterford County Hurling League finals this week, with Fourmilewater, Colligan Emmets, Roanmore, and Tallow all claiming divisional titles.
In the Division 3 Final, Fourmilewater produced a dominant display to defeat An Rinn by 3-28 to 1-14 and secure league honours.
Colligan Emmets captured the Division 7 crown with a 1-24 to 2-14 victory over Butlerstown, while Roanmore were convincing winners in the Division 2 Final, defeating Clonea 4-26 to 0-16.
In the Division 8 decider, Tallow edged out Affane/Cappoquin/Tourin on a scoreline of 3-21 to 5-13 in a thrilling contest.
The league final action continues today with several titles still up for grabs across the county.
In Division 1, Mount Sion take on Ballygunner in Azzurri Walsh Park at 3 pm.
The Division 4 Final sees Affane/Cappoquin/Tourin face Erin’s Own in Lemybrien at 5 pm.
Division 6 will be decided in Dungarvan, where Dunhill meet Ardmore at 6 pm.
Meanwhile, Roanmore and Mount Sion contest the Division 5 Final following their meeting in Azzurri Walsh Park.
