New Zealand produced a powerful second-half performance to defeat Ireland 40-21 in the Nations Championship at Eden Park.

The All Blacks ran in six tries during an impressive display, with Patrick Tuipulotu, Ardie Savea, Will Jordan, Asafo Aumua, Damian McKenzie and Anton Lienert-Brown all crossing the whitewash.

Ireland responded with tries from Jack Conan, Joe McCarthy and Hugo Keenan, but New Zealand ultimately proved too strong as they maintained their remarkable record at Eden Park.

The All Blacks have not lost at the Auckland venue since 1994 and have now won their opening three games of the Nations Championship.

Ireland will now look to regroup after a difficult afternoon against a New Zealand side that once again showed their quality on home soil.
