Who died Tuesday 21st December 2021.
Predeceased by his father John, his mother Mary and brother Paul.
Deeply regretted by his brother’s Tom, Jim, Pat and Michael, sisters Kate, Margaret and
Angela, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May Billy Rest In Peace.
Reposing at Thompsons Funeral Home, Barrack Street, Waterford,
on Wednesday from 4 pm to 5 pm with prayers at 4:30 pm,
Arriving at all Saints Church, Newtown for Requiem mass at 11 am on Thursday,
followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
All those attending the funeral service are asked to please respect social distancing guidelines.
Book of Condolence: Due to government guidelines, hand shaking is not advisable. You
are invited to leave a personal message in the condolence section below, this will be
