Billy passed peacefully surrounded by his loving family
Monday the 27th of April 2026 RIP.
Predeceased by his family and friends who have gone before him
Billy will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Pam, his children Angie, and Sean; his adoring grandchildren Leanne, Eoin, Becky, Ben and Dylan; his brothers John and Pat; son-in-law Eddie his daughter-in-law Catherine and his sisters-in-law and his brother in-law. Billy will be fondly remembered by all his nieces and nephews, his extended family, relatives, neighbours, and many friends.
The Collins family would like to thank with great appreciation all the staff in The Oak Ward in University Hospital Waterford for the excellent care and attention Billy received throughout his time there.
May Billy rest peacefully.
Billy’s reposal will take place in Falconers Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore X91TW21 on Wednesday the 29th of April from 5pm until 7pm.
All are welcome and refreshments will be served throughout.
Billy’s Requiem Mass will take place on Thursday the 30th of April at 10am in The Church of the Holy Cross, Tramore, after which Billy will be laid to rest in St. Declan’s Cemetery. Anyone wishing to attend Billy’s Mass online can do so by using the link below.

Billy’s Funeral Cortege will walk from Tramore Credit Union/Lodges Corner approximately 09:40 am to arrive for his Requiem Mass.
