Sr. Perpetua Gannon, Presentation Convent, Youghal Road, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford and formerly of Old Market Street, Sligo

Sr. Perpetua passed away peacefully on the 31st of March 2026 in the loving care of the staff at Dungarvan Community Hospital surrounded by her Presentation Community.

Sr. Perpetua is predeceased by her parents May and Patrick and her brothers and sisters. She is sadly missed by her Presentation Sisters, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Funeral Liturgy for Sr. Perpetua will take place at 11 a.m. on Holy Saturday 4th April, in St. Mary’s Parish Church, Dungarvan.

Interment afterwards in The Presentation Cemetery, Youghal Road, Dungarvan (X35 YR89).

Mass will be offered for the repose of Sr. Perpetua’s soul at 11 a.m. on Wednesday 8th April, in St. Mary’s Parish Church, Dungarvan.
