Sheila passed away peacefully on the 20th May 2026 in the tender care of staff and surrounded by her loving family at The Oak Ward, Dunmore Wing, University Hospital, Waterford

Predeceased by her parents Mary and Laurence Mulcahy, brother Matt and sister Phil Ornell.

Sheila is deeply mourned and sadly missed by her husband Michael, daughters Michelle, Yvonne and Jacinta, sons Eoin and Mark, daughters-in-law Felicity and Nicola, sons-in-law Brendan and Maurice, grandchildren Wayne, Aaron, Jack, Padraig, Sarah, Fionn, Redmond, Clóda, Elysia, Riley, Kate and Savier, sisters Mary Nolan, Beccie Keevers, Eileen McNeill and Esther Cole Mulcahy, brother John Mulcahy, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends, especially her very good friend Kit Lombard.

Sheila will be reposing at The Kiely Funeral Home, Dungarvan (X35 XN79) on Friday evening, 22nd May from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Requiem Mass at 2 p.m. on Saturday afternoon, 23rd May, in St. Cronan’s Church, Clashmore. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
