The best uncle the world could hold, my Uncle Dixie. I was so blessed to be his niece, and we shared a very special bond. He had ten children and leaves behind eight, with two gone before him, along with 16 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren—what a legacy of love. My thoughts and prayers are with all his children and grandchildren, too many to name, but each one deeply loved. It brings me comfort to know he is now reunited with my beloved Auntie Ruth, whose faith in the Lord carried her through every trial and shone so brightly in her life. I will love and miss him always, but I know I will see him again. “For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.” – Philippians 1:21 — A favourite uncle from your favourite niece, Cat 🤍
