Who died on Sunday, June 7th, 2026.
Late of Glenbower, Woodstown and Grange Park, Waterford & Formerly Vice Principal of St Declan’s National School Waterford.
Mary passed away peacefully in her 100th Year, in the tender care of the staff of Killure Bridge Nursing Home, Waterford surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her husband Tom (FitzGerald Insurances) parents, Madge and Michael, sisters Eileen and Brenda, brothers Joe and Jim.
Sadly missed by her loving son Neil, daughters Orla and Clodagh, sons-in-law Ronan and Billy, grandchildren Tom, Clodagh, Mark, Ken, Holly, Louis, great grandson Cian, sisters Betty and Peggy, brothers-in-law John and David, sister-in-law Sylvia, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May She Rest in Peace
Reposing at Killure Bridge Nursing Home, Airport Road, Waterford (X91 NP44) on Tuesday (9th June) from 6:00pm to 8:00pm with vigil prayers and Rosary at 7:00pm.
Requiem Mass on arrival in St. Mary’s Church, Ballygunner on Wednesday (10th June) at 12 noon followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
Mass will be livestreamed at 12 noon on Wednesday by following the Funeral Service link.
