
John Keane, late of Finglas, D11 and formerly Arundel Square, Waterford, Waterford Glass, An Garda Síochána and the Island Golf Club, Donabate.
Who died on 23rd October 2024 Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family in the tender care of the staff in Beneavin House, Nursing Home.
Predeceased by his brother Richard.
John will be deeply missed and never forgotten by his beloved wife Mary, daughters Patricia and Helen, sons John and Brian, grandchildren Colin, Áine, Seán, Conor, Katherine, Sinéad, Leah, Ross, Ashling and Lauren, sons-in-law Gerry and Con, daughters-in-law Maria and Kathleen, neighbours and friends.
May John’s gentle soul Rest in Peace.
Reposing in Massey Bros. Funeral Home, Main Street, Finglas, D11 ET7P, on Monday 28th October from 4pm – 6pm.
Removal on Tuesday morning to St. Canice’s Church, Main St., Finglas, D11 T97T, arriving at 9:50am for Requiem Mass at 10am,
with cremation thereafter in Glasnevin Crematorium Chapel.

The bed of heaven to you John, you were one of the stallworths of the Square soccer players, your goal keeping abilities were sought out by the Waterford team. Your family were highly respected in Arundel Sq. May I offer my sympathies to the family. Rest in peace John.
