Jim passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his parents May and Barty.
Sadly missed by his devoted wife Jacinta, children Laura, Paul and Gail, daughter-in-law Jane, son-in-law Lee, Laura’s partner Ollie, grandchildren PJ, Evan, Eve, Abi, Jaden, James and Eli, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Barrack St, Waterford on Monday (30th March) from 7:00pm to 8:30pm with vigil prayers and Rosary at 8:00pm
Jim’s funeral cortege will walk from the Bank on Fr. Gregory Way for Requiem Mass on arrival in St. Paul’s Church, Lisduggan on Tuesday (31st March) at 10:00am followed by burial in St. Marys Cemetery, Ballygunner.
The family are indebted to the team from Irish Home Care for the exceptional care and kindness shown to Jim.

I am so sorry to learn of Dookie’s passing. He was a great source of encouragement to young people,often through football,keeping them out of mischief. A gentleman who will be missed by many. Sincere sympathy to the extended family.
