Since approximately 11.30am this morning, August 12th, widespread issues have been reported from phone and internet customers in Waterford.

Customers with providers including Eir, Sky, Gomo, Vodafone, and Virgin Media have reported a total lack of connectivity and service.

Home broadband, 5G services, and internet connectivity are all reportedly impacted across the region.

A spokesperson from Sky said ‘We are aware of an issue affecting your service and are working to restore it as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.’
