A 7.35-acre development site with full planning permission for 99 houses and apartments on Lacken Road in Waterford is set to be auctioned next month.

Local agent Sherry FitzGerald John Rohan is quoting €2,500,000 for the property in advance of the public auction on November 19th.

The planning permission for the Waterford site will allow: 32 duplex two-bedroom apartments; 65 terraced houses including three and four-bedroom units rising to two and three storeys, in addition to two semi-detached houses and a creche.

John Rohan says that connectivity is a key feature of the location, with a proposed new link road providing access to Kilbarry, while Waterford city is approximately 3km away and the N25 is accessible within approximately 6.25km.

The site will be for sale by public auction on Thursday 19th November at midday (unless sold previously).

The reserve on the development site will be €2,500,000.
