Taoiseach supports State apology for Kenneally victims following report publication

The Taoiseach says he believes a report into the actions of paedophile Bill Kenneally demands a State apology.
A Commission of Investigation found a dereliction of duty by investigating Gardaí, and recommended a new crime of misconduct in public office be created.
It found greater action by Gardaí or referral to child protection services could have meant some children who were abused by Kenneally would have been spared some of their trauma.
Speaking in the Dail, Taoiseach Micheál Martin says the findings are very clear:
