Road surfacing works, which have caused significant traffic backlogs, are continuing this week on the N25.

Waterford City and County Council has advised that road surfacing works, as part of the Junction Safety Improvement Scheme at N25 Ballyduff West, will continue on Friday, November 6th from 7am to 7pm, and Saturday, November 7th, from 8am to 4.30pm.

Traffic management measures will remain in place throughout the works.

Motorists are advised to expect delays, particularly during peak travel times, and should allow additional time for their journeys.

Waterford City and County Council says it apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks the public for their continued patience and cooperation during the course of these works.
