Motorists are being advised to expect delays around Rice Bridge in Waterford City this morning due to two scheduled bridge lifts.

The lifts are due to take place at 10:45am and again at 11:45am.

Traffic disruption is expected on approaches during both periods, particularly at peak travel times through the city centre.

Drivers are being encouraged to allow extra time for journeys and consider alternative routes where possible.
