There will be no public access to the Guillamene Swimming Cove in Tramore from Wednesday morning, August 12th at approximately 8am.

The Newtown and Guillamene Committee have confirmed this restriction on public access will be until further notice, to facilitiate the installation of new ladders.

A boat will launch on Wednesday morning at 8am via Newtown Cove to the Guillamene to carry the gear needed for the installation works.

Following this, it will return on Wednesday evening via the same route.

Swimmers are asked to be vigilant when swimming in the areas around those times and to heed all warnings issued.
