Gardaí are appealing for the public’s help in tracing the whereabouts of Mark Ayres, aged 47, who has been reported missing.

Mark was last seen at Upper Yellow Road in Waterford City on Tuesday 2 June 2026. He is believed to have been driving a 171-DL registered white Peugeot Partner van and may have been travelling in the direction of Longford.

Mark Ayres is described as being around 6 foot in height, with a stocky build, black and grey hair, and blue eyes. He is usually seen wearing blue jeans and a black jumper.

It is believed he may be in the Waterford, Wexford, or Longford areas.

An Garda Síochána and Mark’s family are concerned for his wellbeing.
