Acquisition of Waterford IT Company

In late 2024, the company was acquired by Centric360 for plans announced at the time for a service and staff expansion.

As part of their expansion plan, a new 4,500 square foot office is to open in Blanchardstown to strengthen their foothold in cybersecurity and digital transformation.

Currently, HCS provides IT services to more than 350 businesses across the financial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and hospitality sectors.

Recruitment for the new roles has now opened in the Waterford IT company and will continue until 2028.
