Gardai in Waterford are investigating a robbery at a city service station.

On Tuesday June 23rd, a man entered the Applegreen premises in Cleaboy at approximately 7.45pm, produced a screwdriver, and threatened staff.

He proceeded to take a sum of money and left the location on foot.
