Gardaí Attend Scene Of Fatal Incident In Waterford

A man believed to be in his 50s is understood to have died following a farming incident in Ferrybank, Co. Waterford, on Sunday afternoon.
Emergency services and Gardaí attended the scene at Ballyrobin following reports of an incident involving Farm Machinery at a premises in the area.
It is understood that the man sustained fatal injuries after an incident in a Farm yard.
A Garda spokesperson said:
“Gardaí attended the scene of a medical incident at a premises in Ballyrobin, Ferrybank, Co. Waterford this afternoon, Sunday 24th May 2026. No further information is available at this time.”
