Gardaí attend scene of another car fire in Waterford City

Gardaí have attended the scene of another car fire in Waterford City.
The car was discovered near the Waterford Primary Care Centre.
In a statement to WLR, An Garda Siochana said: “Gardaí and Fire Services attended the scene of an incident of fire that occurred in the Saint Johns Park area of Waterford city on Wednesday 23rd September 2026 at approximately 5:25 am.”
The statement added: “No injuries have been reported at this time. No offences have been disclosed. No foul play is suspected.”
It comes following another recent car fire in Birchwood on Friday last.
