Planning permission is being sought for the construction of an equestrian arena in Knockeen, Butlerstown, Co. Waterford.

The proposed sand arena would have an area of 2,200 square metres.

The application also includes plans for a timber post and rail perimeter fence, an unbound stone access ramp and a surface water soak pit.

The proposal includes all associated site works.
