Boyzone’s Mikey Graham sparked concern after he performed just four songs at the first of the band’s two final farewell gigs at London’s Emirates Stadium on Thursday night.

The singer, 53, reunited with bandmates Ronan Keating, Keith Duffy, and Shane Lynch for the first time in nearly seven years for One For The Road: Live, but fans were left baffled as Mikey was nowhere to be seen when the show opened.

He later appeared to sing Words and two other songs while seated in a chair, before rejoining the band for the encore, Life Is A Rollercoaster, with Ronan staying close by his side throughout.

One source told the Daily Mail: ‘The boys didn’t give an explanation about why Mikey was only part of it. His appearance caused concern amongst the audience.’

When he did take to the stage, the crowd erupted with fans flooding social media with messages reading: ‘The magic of Boyzone is still alive’ and ‘Go on Mikey.’

The emotional show also saw the band pay tribute to the late Stephen Gately, who died from an undisclosed heart condition in October 2009, wearing red in his honour.

Ahead of the gigs, Shane Lynch confirmed it would be their last chapter. ‘We weren’t meant to be here sharing a stage together again,’ he said. ‘But we are not going to be a band again. We are very much separate individuals.’
