Irish podcast duo Vogue Williams and Joanne McNally have shared the unexpected messages they exchanged with Katie Price’s husband, Lee Andrews, after publicly criticising him.
The pair recently discussed Lee on their podcast, with Vogue accusing him of ‘taking the p***’ and previously describing him as a ‘con artist’ – a claim Lee denies.
Lee later hit back on Instagram, claiming he had ‘never even heard of Vogue Williams‘, prompting Joanne to mock the comments in a video shared on social media.
On the latest episode of their podcast, the duo decided to message Lee after he teased an online video in which he said he would be exposing several celebrities.
Reading out his post, Vogue joked: ‘Will I mail him? Will I mail him and say: “Can you swap to 8 o’clock, I’m pregnant, and I’ll be wrecked?”‘
She then messaged Lee to ask if he could reschedule his planned broadcast, explaining that she didn’t want to miss her mention.
A short while later, Lee replied.
Vogue read out his response, saying: ‘Haha, I didn’t schedule it, but I’ll see what I can do. Congrats on the baby to both of you. There are a few other things coming your way but nothing detrimental, more on the gist of recent events, take good care.’
The pair burst into laughter before deciding to keep things light-hearted.
‘I’ll be like: “Ah, it’s all in the name of fun, Lee, isn’t it?”‘ Vogue said, while Joanne suggested replying with laughing emojis to diffuse the situation.
It’s been a chaotic week for Lee, as Katie revealed that her family is refusing to meet her husband, and she has admitted that her loved ones are standing firmly by her amid the ongoing controversy surrounding their whirlwind marriage.
