Una Healy has revealed tales of a ‘strange’ dream she is having as she shares an update more than seven months into her sobriety journey.
In May, the former The Saturdays star revealed she had gone off the booze and has been sharing updates throughout the various milestones.
More than seven months in, the singer this week revealed that while she had been around alcohol and people drinking, she has not felt any temptation.

Sharing a video clip to Instagram on Tuesday, the Tipperary native said: ‘I’m over seven months off the drink now and honestly, I’ve not been tempted. I’m like, so committed.
‘I’ve been around drink; I’ve no problem people drinking around me whatsoever. Just not been tempted, even when I get really stressed.’
The mum-of-two went on to share that the idea of going sober came following a ‘hangover from hell’ in December.

‘Just had enough,’ she said online, ‘So, yeah, feel way better. Feel so much better; much happier. Why would I spoil that?’
That said, Una still enjoys an alcoholic beverage in her dreams, with the singer telling followers she has had dreams where she is drinking ‘on more than one occasion.’
‘It’s like that where you have a dream or a nightmare, and you wake up and you’re like, “Oh thank god that was only in the dream,”‘ she confirmed.
‘Strange one. Anyway, that’s my little update for now.’
Friends and followers took to the comments, praising Una and sharing their own alcohol dreams.
Rochelle Humes, who was in The Saturdays with Una, wrote: ‘Proud of you.’
Another shared: ‘Drinking dreams are so normal and part of the process. I had one the other night and I’m 8 years off it.
‘In my dream, I was up in Donegal drinking the bit out and woke sweating. Such a relief upon waking though, isn’t it?’
A third commented: ‘Almost 3 years sober and I still dream of drinking espresso martinis. It’s never worth it though. Well done on your sobriety journey.’
