Shane and Wendy Lowry have traded an exotic European vacay for an adventure-packed stay in the west of Ireland, but that’s not the only thing they’ve swapped.
The couple has also swapped travel companions, saying goodbye to Rory McIlroy and Erica Stoll, and hello to Peter and Jessica O’Mahony.
Just days after their sun-soaked getaway in Paras, Shane and Wendy ventured to West Cork to link up with their other sports pals.

It looked to be significantly less sunny, but a hell of a lot of craic as Shane, Wendy, and their daughters, Iris and Ivy, met up with Peter, Jessica, and their kiddos, Indie, Theo, and Ralph.
The two couples shared a sweet selfie as they sat at a bench and had a few scoops in the West Cork air.
Wendy shared an adorable photo of Shane running around on the beach, playing football with the girls.

The mum-of-two also shared a selfie with her hubby as they were dressed in dry robes after a dip in the sea.
Another photo shows Shane and Peter lounging on a picnic blanket on the beach while enjoying a tipple.
The families enjoyed a spot of kayaking, while Shane and Wendy seized the opportunity to sink their teeth into some delicious-looking mussels.

Shane and Wendy also basked in family time, as they met up with Wendy’s sister, Hannah, during their trip home to the Emerald Isle.
It was about time the couple made the trip to West Cork to visit the O’Mahonys, as Peter and Jessica flew Stateside earlier this year to cheer on Shane at the 2026 Masters.
Jessica dubbed it the ‘most incredible sporting event ever’, as they even managed to watch Rory McIlroy scoop his second Masters win.
