Hair styled, red carpet rolled out, glamour… on point and then some! Fashion watchers were on tenterhooks as the 2026 VIP Style Awards took place on Saturday night.

Arguably the most glamorous night of the year, all eyes were on the InterContinental Hotel Dublin to see who would raise the style bar and who would raise eyebrows with their ‘go big or get off the red carpet’ ensemble.

The verdict? One of the most memorable red carpet moments in recent years. And here’s who stole the show:

Sarah Morrissey

Leading the style pack on the night was Sarah Morrissey, who was an utter vision in an Irish design.

Her dress featured layers of gold chain mail on the skirt, pulled together with lace. The bodice was moulded to her impressive figure and embellished with hundreds of shards of crystals, making for a stunning silhouette.

Sarah told EVOKE: ‘Tonight I really wanted to champion an Irish designer, so this is Clare Garvey, one of her designs, and I just fell in love with it.’

Jennifer Zamparelli

Jennifer Zamparelli was another scene-stealer in a black fitted corset dress with a column-style skirt that was embellished with thousands of crystals.

She wisely let her dress do the talking and wore her hair in a simple but elegant bob.

Rosanna Davison

Rosanna’s dreamy dress was pure escapism in fabric and made by the Irish designer SWL Designs.

‘I believe he spent hours, days, weeks intricately putting in the beading, the floral detail, the feathers, I love it, I’m absolutely delighted with it,’ she told EVOKE.

Rosanna’s coordinated bag was on loan from Fairy Chic Bags, while her earrings were from ASOS. Her Christian Louboutin shoes were an anniversary gift from her husband, Wes Quirke.

Laura Nolan

Laura proved that you don’t have to go designer to make an impact at a formal occasion.

Her pale yellow silk slip dress was a beautifully understated addition to the red carpet and gave a nod to her impending nuptials to boot, and is available to buy from online retailer Very.

Rachel Gorry

Rachel’s look for the Style Awards was also out of the top drawer. Her dress was a butter yellow number with a drop waist and interlocking detailing to the bust and a sheer skirt.

Rachel rented her dress from Darlo Rentlas, while her bag is from Penneys.

Sinéad de Butléir

Sienad de Butleir opted for a classic black design with a flowing fishtail ruffled hem and a fitted bodice that was unlike anything else on the red carpet.
