Irish rugby star Simon Zebo and his wife Elvira jetted off to Scotland to see Finn Russell marry his longtime love, Emma Canning.

The Scottish and Bath player said ‘I do’ in the picturesque seaside town of North Berwick, a year after popping the question.

Emma, who is a former Scottish heptathlete, made a beautiful bride on the day. She wore an ivory wedding gown with a corset bodice and puffed out skirt.

The bride wore her blonde locks down in curls as she married her fiancé, who she has been dating for eight years.

The happy couple, who are already parents to two daughters, decided to change into something a little more comfortable during their reception.

Emma swapped her long gown for a tight mini dress with a lace hem. Meanwhile, Finn swapped his black suit trousers for a pair of shorts.

The couple were snapped partying together on the dance floor. The sun shone down on their wedding day, as the couple said their nuptials outside on the lawn.

Simon Zebo and his wife Elvira looked glamorous as they made the trip over from Cork for the special day.

The couple appeared to have left their four kids at home as Simon celebrated his close pal, who he played with at French club, Racing 92.

Simon shared a string of snaps from the ceremony, which he wore a light grey suit to. ‘Long live the Russell’s. Magical stuff,’ he penned.

Elvira wore a very modest number, opting for a long sleeve, green bodycon gown with a high neckline.

The couple shared a snap posing with some of Simon’s former teammates and their partners, joking ‘we will always have Paris.’
