Roz Purcell has given fans a small glimpse into her second wedding, after the bride quietly married her longtime love, Zach Desmond, on Saturday.
It appears the RTÉ 2FM presenter and her MCD heir husband have the most loyal friends and family ever, as all of their wedding guests managed to stay tight-lipped about the couple’s special day, in Ireland.
Roz took to social media to talk about the weather the night before the wedding joking that burying the Child of Prague didn’t work for the couple. The newlyweds likely tied the knot in Connacht, as the rest of the country remained largely sunny over the weekend.

She shared a cute clip on social media, looking all glammed up in a lacy bridal number on Friday night.
‘Saying goodnight to the most important person on your wedding eve,’ she penned as she waved into the distance, only to flip the camera to show the small religious statue.

‘Only Irish people will get the child of Prague. 70% rain due + outdoor wedding, my boy had a lot of work to do,’ Roz captioned the post. She explained that the video had actually been taken on Friday, as she had taken time away from her phone to soak up the wedding bubble.
‘Well, I’m posting a few days behind & it wasn’t sunshine, let’s just say,’ Roz revealed in her comments section, adding that a wedding guest picked up the statue in Athlone on the way to the ceremony.

‘This is from a few days ago! I went off my phone for the weekend while we celebrated, so Saturday was due rain where we were. We missed the sunshine by a day,’ Roz explained in another comment.
The nuptials come after Roz and Zach tied the knot in an intimate City Hall wedding in Dublin in March. If their larger wedding was any bit as glamorous as their previous ceremony, we can’t wait to see it!
