Congratulations are in order for Emily Barker, who has announced her engagement to her now-fiancé, Olly Ashton.

Olly got down on bended knee in a nighttime beach proposal in Koh Samui, Thailand… and the photos are everything!

The former DWTS pro looked fabulous in a white maxi dress with a plunging halter neckline, draped detailing, and a daring thigh-high slit. She had been walking barefoot across the sand when her love surprised her with, ‘Will you marry me?’

Olly looked dapper in a white linen shirt and dark trousers, and he opted for black sandals so the sand didn’t get in between his toes. Not that Emily minded that!

‘My best friend, my future WIFE,’ Olly wrote as he shared photos from their magical evening.

A host of well-known faces flocked to the comments section to congratulate the happy couple, including Emily’s former DWTS partner, Carl Mullan.

A delighted Carl wrote: ‘Oh my god, unbelievable news. Massive congrats, guys. Absolutely buzzing for you both!’ DWTS judge Karen Byrne and PR guru Avila Lipsett chimed in with words of congratulations.

Emily and Olly have been together for years. They first met when they individually attended an outdoor toga summer party with their friends.

She previously recalled: ‘My best friend and Olly’s best friend are together and they introduced us at a summer party.

‘It was a funny first time to meet as Olly came in a bed sheet, but it was really fun, and we hit it off.’

‘Straight away there was so much in common, we’re both self-employed, and both love being active and being outside,’ she continued. ‘Our friends really hope it continues to work out with me and Olly now they’re the ones who introduced us!’

Emily and Olly found themselves doing long distance when she moved to Ireland for Dancing with the Stars, but they made it work as he travelled back and forth to visit her.

While they work individually, they also work together. The couple runs their fitness business, Mad Hot Fit, and also has properties that they have renovated and rented out.

Partners in crime, in business, and now in life. Congratulations to Emily and Olly!
