
Lucy Kennedy has begun filming a new talk show on Virgin Media that will see her put her interview skills to the test.
The TV personality turned the big 5-0 on April 21, and looks like she has no intention of slowing down any time soon.The mum of three recently celebrated the launch of her first fictional novel, called The Mini Breakers, and presents the Colm and Lucy Show in the Morning on Ireland’s Classic Hits.

This week the presenter began filming a new five part talk show that will see a host of faces line up on the couch. The show will be aired in the Autumn and will make up part of the Virgin Media’s Autumn Schedule.
The set has comprises Lucy on a chair beside a couch with a bar like set up in the corner to be used for promos.
Lucy Kennedy has been approached for comment, but has yet to clarify what guests will be joining her each week on the couch. Nor is it yet known will the show air on a Friday night and go up against the Late Late.

Lucy has hosted a series of different shows over the years, from the crude late-night Podge and Rodge to her ever-popular show Livin’ with Lucy, where she moves in celebrities.
When it comes to an interview-style show, the presenter did a similar production back in 2009 called The Lucy Kennedy Show.
It aired on RTÉ Two in 2009, and her dad, John Kennedy, accompanied her in the studio, playing the piano.
