RTÉ star Laura Fox has tied the knot with her partner of over a decade, Brian Moran.
Laura and Brian got engaged whilst on holiday in August 2024, sharing the news on social media at the time. She sweetly penned: ‘It was always forever B Balls, but now, it’s forever with a ring. I love you so much I could burst!’
So how did the now-spouses meet? Laura quite literally danced her way into Brian’s heart when they first saw each other in a nightclub all those years ago. Here’s everything we know about their love story…
How they met
Speaking about living with her beau, the RTÉ 2FM presenter told the publication: ‘It’s great, but I’m not a young one, it would be a bit weird if I wasn’t living with my partner!’

Laura went on to explain that their move to Dublin worked out timing-wise, as she was thinking about relocating when Brian was offered a job in the city.
‘I knew that if I was to make my career work, I had to be in Dublin. He ended up moving before me, I think it was out of spite, to be honest,’ Laura quipped.
Her biggest supporter

Upon learning that she was set to take part in the 2024 series of Dancing with the Stars, Laura and Brian had a very ‘frank’ conversation because she knew it was going to be such a huge commitment.
The Galway girl realised she would need ‘to give every waking second’ because ‘this is something you can’t fake’ if she wanted to reach the grand finale.
Laura, who is partnered with pro-Denys Samson, explained: ‘[Brian] was like, “I’ve got you. I will make sure that the washing is done.” That was my main thing, I was like how am I going to get my washing done for the week because I don’t have time?’

He told her: ‘”I’ll make sure the washing’s done, I’ll stay on dinners, I’ll walk the dog”,’ as Laura added: ‘He’s happy to be there to support me and just push me along throughout all of this.’
Laura said: ‘I was asking him the other day what he was going to wear because I knew he was going to be in Karen Byrne and Jason Smyth‘s dance, so he was in the booth, but I didn’t tell him. His response was: ‘”Well I have to wear my cream chinos because they’re my lucky pants. I’ve worn them for every show, and you’ve done really well so far”.’
Getting hitched…

Having been together almost nine years, Laura and Brian have been saving for a mortgage, with the DWTS contestant saying in the past that a wedding ‘wasn’t a priority for [her].’
‘I never had the money to put into a wedding because it wasn’t a priority for me,’ she told Women’s Way. ‘I mean that in the nicest possible way, as Brian and I are set for life, so we’ll have the party at some point.’

But things change, and Brian got down on bended knee while he and Laura were enjoying a romantic holiday in August 2024.
At the time, she showed off her new bling in a sweet selfie, writing: ‘It was always forever B Balls, but now, it’s forever with a ring. I love you so much I could burst!’
Tying the knot

After blowing off some steam with a Vegas hen do, Laura and Brian tied the knot in a legal ceremony in Dublin’s City Hall on Tuesday, April 21.
The 2FM star opted to wear a white mini dress on her special day, showing off her long legs. Short, chic dresses have been growing in popularity in recent years, with a string of famous faces choosing a mini dress for their civil ceremony.

‘Mr and Mrs FoMo. Fox, Moran crew! We’re MARRIED!!!!,’ Laura penned as she shared their first official wedding day snaps.
The couple celebrated with friends and family at Café en Seine, and are expected to celebrate their nuptials once more with a lavish second wedding in Italy later this year.
