Former Fair City actress Amilia Keating and her husband, Conall, were beaming with pride as they watched their son graduate from preschool.

The mum of three tried to hold back the tears as she watched her second eldest, Sonnie, collect his cap and gown.

Showing her followers pictures of the day, she highlighted how becoming a mum was the best thing that has ever happened to her.

With the sun high in the sky, Amilia posted a picture of Sonnie making his last trip to his preschool on the morning of graduation.

Posting on her social, she said: ‘And just like that. My Sun Bun, my sensitive second born, is off to primary school.’

She admitted her emotions got the better of her: ‘Mammy is SOBBING. You only get a lend of them. It absolutely flies. The best thing that ever happened to me was these little men and watching them grow every day.’

During the day, her tears got the best of her as she watched her son collect his certificate.

Mum and dad jumped in for a shot with Sonnie- delighted to celebrate his big day.
